家庭电费20元以下免缴
一个雪柜每月电费大约20令吉，一部冷气机每月电费大约20令吉，一盏灯每月电费大约3令吉，烫一次衣服电费大约2令吉，煲一次水的电费大约0。5令吉，请问全马有多少家的电费低于20令吉？请拆走鸭毒辣家里的冷气机和雪柜。。。
