昨天工厂的机器突然发生故障，检查之后，只是一个小小的螺丝引起的。到五金店购买的时候，为了确认是我要的尺度大小，售货员向我解释一阵。但是当我把螺丝安装在机器上的时候却发现太大了，锁不进去。

同理，我们时常听到国阵领袖告诉人民：民主不是绝对的，自由不是绝对的，已经交给法庭的案件政府／政治人物不能插手过问。反贪污局认为，没有问题的我们不应该质疑，民联不应该揭露前朝的舞弊案，应该好好照顾发展人民委托的州属，为什么在野党只是看到政府的弊端，却看不到政府所做的贡献？在野党不应该将问题政治化……

观看了昨晚两朝槟州首长的辩论，发现国阵的领袖就很像那售货员，明明人民要的是认真的改革，追求普世的民主价值，严肃认真的看待失控的、没有法治精神的管理手法，小心尊重的管理人民纳税的血汗钱。但是我们却发现国阵领袖却一而再，再而三的，拿出教科书解释一番。

人民现在缺乏的是解释吗？人民缺乏的是在308失败后，国阵领袖勇于承认错误，纠正错误，诚意的与人民选择的代议士充分合作，摆正态度，高度配合。

如果大家满足于听解释，却不想认真看待这些解释如果可以把黑白颠倒，我们的损失仍然继续：巨额的亏损，缺乏制衡的法制基础，人民对民主和法治的诉求永远只是民主橱窗的摆设。
